Effective date: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Ardelvo Infra website (the “Site”). Ardelvo Infra is a business brand operated by Illinois Consulting Group Inc. (“Illinois Consulting Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Informational purpose
The Site provides general information about our data center, AI infrastructure, hardware planning, deployment coordination, lifecycle support, and related services. Site content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes only. It is not a substitute for project-specific engineering, legal, regulatory, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
2. No engagement created by website use
Using the Site, sending an email, or submitting the project intake form does not create a client, consulting, contractor, fiduciary, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship. Any engagement with Illinois Consulting Group Inc. will be governed by a separate written agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, fees, assumptions, acceptance criteria, confidentiality, and other applicable terms.
3. Project inquiries
You may use the Site to provide information about a potential project. You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide it. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, government-classified information, export-controlled technical data, trade secrets that you are not authorized to disclose, or other highly sensitive information through the public intake form.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, acceptance of work, a response time, pricing, or a particular result.
4. Services and third parties
Descriptions of services, technologies, equipment, vendors, facilities, and deployment approaches are illustrative and may change. Specialist, licensed, regulated, facility, electrical, mechanical, network-carrier, construction, or other third-party work may require separate qualified providers. Any third-party products or services are subject to their own terms, warranties, availability, and support obligations.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Site text, layout, graphics, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Illinois Consulting Group Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own internal evaluation of our services. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, systematically extract, modify, or create derivative commercial materials from the Site without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, probe security controls without authorization, submit fraudulent or unlawful content, impersonate another person or organization, or use automated means in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on the Site or its services.
7. Links and external services
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. A link does not imply endorsement unless we expressly say so.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Project recommendations, deliverables, warranties, service levels, and acceptance obligations—if any—will be stated in the applicable written engagement agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Illinois Consulting Group Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that policy.
11. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the current version. Continued use of the Site after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
