Effective date: September 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Ardelvo Infra website (the “Site”). Ardelvo Infra is a business brand operated by Illinois Consulting Group Inc., which determines how information submitted through the Site is used.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide directly through the Site, including:
- name;
- company or organization;
- work email address;
- phone number, if you choose to provide it;
- project type, timing, requirements, and other information included in an inquiry; and
- correspondence you send to us.
The Site and its hosting or security providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the Site, such as browser or device information, request metadata, timestamps, referring page, and security logs.
For abuse prevention and rate limiting, our intake backend may create and store a one-way cryptographic hash derived from the submitting IP address. The intake database is designed not to store the raw IP address.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- review and respond to project inquiries;
- communicate about potential or active business relationships;
- understand project requirements and determine whether we can assist;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and intake process;
- prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
- meet legal, accounting, compliance, or dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the project intake form.
3. Project-submission caution
The public intake form is intended for initial business inquiries. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, protected health information, government-classified information, export-controlled technical data, or confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose. If a project requires exchange of sensitive or proprietary material, we can establish an appropriate method after initial contact.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to host and operate the Site, provide domain and infrastructure services, support email, and maintain security and reliability. Those providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We may share information:
- with service providers that support the Site, communications, hosting, security, or business operations;
- with professional advisers when reasonably necessary;
- when required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request;
- when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, customers, or the public; or
- in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization, subject to applicable law.
We do not disclose inquiry information to unrelated third parties for their own direct marketing.
6. Retention
We retain project-inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including follow-up, business records, security, legal, and dispute-resolution needs. Inquiries that do not result in an engagement are periodically reviewed and may be deleted when they are no longer useful or required.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you previously submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention obligations. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
To make a privacy request, email contact@ardelvoinfra.com and identify the request sufficiently for us to locate the relevant information.
9. Cookies and analytics
The Site or its hosting providers may use technically necessary browser storage, cookies, or similar technologies required to deliver, secure, and operate the Site. If we later add optional analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking, this Policy should be updated and any legally required consent controls should be implemented before those tools are enabled.
Guided assistant and planning tools
The automated guided assistant uses predefined website information and does not send conversation text to an AI provider. Assistant and assessment answers are held in the current page. If you choose to transfer an inquiry draft between pages, it is temporarily stored in browser session storage and removed after loading into the inquiry form or when the tab session ends. If you choose to transfer a summary to our inquiry form, you can review and edit it before submission. Submitted inquiries are handled as described above.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable age of digital consent. We do not knowingly use the Site to solicit personal information from children.
11. International use
If you access the Site from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. Applicable privacy rights can vary by jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
